#20 "New directory" button in file dialog broken

The appearance of the steps in making a folder is exactly straightforward in the file dialog. Navigate to where you want the folder to go, click "New directory", the pop-up to name your folder appears, you type the name, "Confirm", except there's no folder that's created.

I am using Windows 11, let me know what else could be useful info.

I can confirm that the windows call has not been implemented lol... Not sure why I skipped that part, but it will be fixed :D

This should be fixed now, will test and maybe I will have another corrective release for v0.3
