How's it going everyone? Recently it has been a lot of working with Blender for me. The weather is still quite hot but hopefully it will cool down pretty quickly next week.

I'm also gonna have a 1 week off for Chinese National Day holiday the first week of October.

Anyways the news:

Fixes for Our Paint

I did some more work regarding having Our Paint to run smoother on Android. Tuned some draw calls for GL so refresh rated are observably higher for phones that uses e.g. Mali G76 kind of graphics processors. I did try to run Our Paint on one of the Huawei mate pads in the market a few days before, it is much faster than on my phone, closer to desktop performances.

Desktop version thumbnail saving feature is also fixed. Previously a development version would save garbled result as the file thumbnail.

Plans

Next month are gonna be kind of messy. Holiday then going to BCon 2024 from 21-29th(?). This time I'll bring a new camera and lens and take some different pictures and videos from last year.

I have more energy now for doing art things. But my thumbnail around this period is so chaotic I don't know where to start. I think the best way is to just do everything sequentially without thinking too much.
